3. सरकार को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आगे कोई नया अतिक्रमण न हो, अन्यथा जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
4. एक सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी कर सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को आगे के अतिक्रमणों की निगरानी करने और उन्हें रोकने का निर्देश दिया जाए।
